George: Good Morning, my name is George, I have booked my appointment for haircut at 10am with Mark. A friend of mine recommended him.
Receptionist: Good Morning, Mark will be with you within a few minutes. Come over,
please.
Mark: Good Morning. George – am I right? Lisa told me you are coming for haircut. Nice to meet you.
George: Good Morning, nice to meet you too. I have heard about you a lot and would like you to do nice haircut for me. I was going to barber shop before but because of Lisa I would like to try your style now.
Mark: Any specific requirements?
George: I have really thick hair, so would like to reduce thickness.
Mark: When did you have your last haircut?
George: I had my last haircut about 5 weeks ago so would like just to trim my hair.
Mark: Ok, no problem. How would you like to cut your hair then?
George: Side and back shorter and top longer so typical men’s haircut
Mark: Can I use clipper on the sides and on the back or shall I use scissors all over?
George: Clipper is fine and scissors on the top.
After haircut the stylist is showing the result in a mirror.
Mark: Is that all right for you?
George: Nearly, could you just texturize more?
Mark: Of course, I will chop in to it and thin out so your hair will be more manageable. How would you like your hairline, natural or square?
George: Natural and could you cut a bit shorter my sideburns, please?
Mark: Like that?
George: Perfect.
Mark: How shall I style your hair for you? Spiky or flat, messy? Would you like some styling products, like: gel, wax or paste?
George: Can I have some wax and could you spike up my hair.
The stylist is showing the final look in the back mirror.
George: Amazing haircut, I’m very pleased with the result and would like to book my next appointment in 5 weeks time.
